Email us at hello@reckonindex.com. We read every message. If a published record looks wrong against the source document, write us with the community name and the inspection date and we will investigate against the regulator's record.

Reckon is independent. We do not take operator placements, we do not take referral fees, and the publication does not change based on who writes in. Family questions and operator corrections both go to the same address and both get the same treatment. Operators or families who want a dedicated channel for a data dispute can also write to corrections@reckonindex.com, which routes to the same inbox.
